Lenovo-backed ZUK’s CEO has already confirmed that the company will be launching a successor to the ZUK Z1, the ZUK Z2 in 2016. The specifications details related to smartphones are still pretty scarce, but as per recent leaked rendered images, we can expect the ZUK Z2 to come with an interesting feature.
As per the leaked renders, the ZUK Z2 will feature a rotating camera. It means that the phone will have only one camera and it will work as both front and rear shooter. All you will need to is to rotate the camera depending upon what type of photo or video you can to shoot. This feature is quite similar as we have already seen in devices like the Oppo N1 and N3 but not completely. In the case of Oppo smartphones, the only the portion where the camera module resides rotates and that too in the horizontal direction while in the case of the ZUK Z2, the whole top part of the phone will rotate and in the vertical direction. See the images below for a better understanding.

Isn’t that an interesting and cool feature? However, as these are only the renders so we would suggest to take it with a pinch of salt. As for other rumored specs of the ZUK Z2, it is expected to come with the metallic build and 2.5D glass on both front and back. But, we will keep you updated as and when more details about the smartphone will appear.
