Recently, Xiaomi started to push out the Marshmallow update to the Mi Note and now, it’s the turn of the company’s flagship smartphone, the Mi 4. The Xiaomi Mi 4 has started to receive the Android Marshmallow v6.0.1 update as opposed to v6.0 received by the Mi Note. You can see it in the screenshot below.
The update will bump up the build number to MMB29M and weighs around 100MB in size. If you have not received the update yet, then you wait for some time and you should get a notification for the same soon enough. The Xiaomi Mi 4 was launched with Android KitKat and then received an update to MIUI 7 based on Android Lollipop v5.1.1.
