After lots of rumours, leaks, and speculations, the much awaited Vivo X6 and X6 Plus are finally official. Vivo launched both the smartphones in an event held in China earlier today. As the names suggest, the Vivo X6 is a smartphone while the X6 Plus is a phablet device. Let’s see what each of the two newly launched Vivo devices have to offer.

Vivo X6 Specifications:

The Vivo X6 sports a 5.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with about 424ppi. Under the hood, the X6 has a 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz and coupled with 4GB RAM. The phone has a 13MP rear camera with phase detection autofocus and LED flash along with an 8MP front shooter. It offers 32GB of internal storage with support for microSD card expansion up to 128GB. The whole package is powered by a 2400mAh battery and runs on Funtouch OS based on Android Lollipop v5.1.

The X6 has a metallic build and is only 6.7mm thick. The complete dimensions are 147.9×73.8×6.7mm and it weighs 135.5 grams. It is a dual-SIM phone, but it features a hybrid SIM slot. It means you can either use it with two SIM cards or with one SIM card and a microSD card. The X6 also has a fingerprint scanner and support for fast charging.

The Vivo X6 is priced at 2600 CNY (about Rs. 25,954/$390) and will be available from December 7.

Vivo X6 Plus Specifications:

As mentioned earlier, the Vivo X6 Plus is a phablet device. It features a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with about 386ppi. The phone offers 64GB of internal storage along with support for microSD card expansion. It has two variants: one with a 3000mAh battery and another with a 4000mAh battery. It has dimensions 158.4x80x6.9mm and weighs 171 grams.

The rest of the specs and features of the X6 Plus are exactly similar to the Vivo X6 including the fingerprint scanner and fast charging support.

The Vivo X6 Plus is priced at 3200 CNY (about Rs. 33,275/$500) and will be available from December 7.
