Sony Mobile has now officially launched the Xperia XA1 Ultra smartphone in India earlier today. It is a mid-range smartphone with primary focus on offering a great camera which will allow users to click great photos as well as shoot videos. The device was first introduced at MWC 2017 in Barcelona alongside the flagship Xperia XZ Premium which is already available in India.

The Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra sports a 6-inch Full HD edge-to-edge display for an immersive media consumption experience. Under the hood, it has the quad-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor clocked at 2.3GHz and coupled with 4GB of RAM. There is a 23-megapixel single Exmos RS sensor on the back with f/2.0 aperture, hybrid autofocus, 5x zoom, HDR mode, and 24mm wide-angle lens. On the front, you will find a 16-megapixel Exmos RS sensor for taking selfies with f/2.0 aperture, optical image stabilization, autofocus, and 23mm wide-angle lens. It offers 64GB of internal storage with support for microSD card expansion.

The whole package is powered by a 2700mAh battery with fast charging support and will be shipping with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Sony has released the Xperia XA1 Ultra in White, Black, and Gold color variants at a price tag of Rs. 29,990. Interestingly, the smartphone will be available only offline retail stores around the country. With each purchase, the buyer will also get a free Quick Charger UCH12 worth Rs. 1490 along with a free subscription to Sony LIV app for a period of three months.
