A new leak has emerged regarding Motorola’s upcoming smartphones, the Moto G5S+ and Moto X4, which suggest that the X4 will be more expensive than the G5S+. The new leak is coming from a Twitter user Andri Yatim (@HeyAndri) who has shared a number of significant details regarding specifications of both smartphones along with a couple of renders.
To start with the Moto G5S+, it is said to be a metallic build offering with a 5.5-inch display which is likely to come with Full HD resolution. There is expected to be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor with Adreno 506 GPU but no words on RAM and storage capacity. It is also said to have a dual camera system on the back which has started to become a standard among smartphones nowadays. The whole package is said to be powered by a 3068mAh battery which should give you a good enough battery life. It is expected to cost between Rs. 18,999 to Rs. 19,999 with options of Gold, Silver, and Grey color variants.
As for the Moto X4, it is tipped to be a more premium variant and feature “posh build” with alloy and 3D glass. The smartphone is said to sport a smaller 5.2-inch display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and Adreno 512 GPU. While Yatim did not say anything about RAM and internal storage, he did mention that there will be the IP68 certification for water and dust resistance along with a 3800mAh battery. The Moto X4 is also said to feature dual rear cameras.
Motorola is expected to unveil both Moto G5S+ and Moto X4 towards the end of the year with dates rumored to be June 21st and June 30th respectively. These smartphones will be newest members to Motorola’s offerings for the year which comprise of the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, Moto C, Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus, and Moto Z2 Play. It is also planning to unveil the flagship Moto Z2 in coming months.
