Lenovo India has officially launched the Lenovo K8 Note in the country. It is the first smartphone from the company to feature dual rear cameras and run stock Android instead of Vibe Pure UI. It was announced at an event held earlier today and will be an Amazon India exclusive.
The Lenovo K8 Note has a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass. Under the hood, it has the all-new deca-core MediaTek Helio X23 processor clocked at 2.3GHz which makes it the world’s first smartphone to feature the chipset. The phone has been announced in two configurations, 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage.
On the back, it has a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor along with dual-LED flash. It means the dual camera setup on the smartphone can be used for achieving that field of depth (Bokeh effect) in photos. As for taking selfies, it offers a 13-megapixel shooter with LED flash.
The whole package is powered by a 4000mAh battery with support for fast charging. It will be running stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box which means you should expect smoother user experience and faster software updates. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
The Lenovo K8 Note has been priced at Rs. 12,999 for 3GB/32GB model and Rs. 13,999 for 4GB/64GB model. Both of these variants will become available exclusively on Amazon India starting August 18th at 12 PM IST. You will be able to choose from Venom Black and Fine Gold color variants.
