HTC has launched the HTC One A9 and Desire 828 in India. The One A9 smartphone comes with Android Marshmallow which makes it the only device apart from Nexus series to come with latest Android version out of the box. On the other hand, the Desire 828 is focused on selfie-lovers as it comes with a 4MP UltraPixel front-facing camera.
Features of HTC One A9:
The HTC One A9 has chamfered edges and grooved power button. It sports a 5-inch AMOLED Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and a pixel density of 441ppi. Under the hood, it has recently launched octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chipset with four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz and the remaining four at 1.2GHz. It also has Adreno 405 GPU. The phone has 3GB of RAM and offers 32GB internal storage with support for microSD card up to 2TB.
On the camera front, the phone 13MP rear shooter with optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash. While on the front, it has a 4MP HTC UltraPixel camera. The whole package is powered by a 2150mAh battery with support for Quick Charge. The phone also features a fingerprint scanner and supports 4G LTE. It has dimensions 145.75×70.8×7.26mm and weighs about 143 grams.
Features of HTC Desire 828:
The HTC Desire 828 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 401ppi. The phone has a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM. The device comes with 16GB built-in storage that can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. It has a 13MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and LED flash. On the front, it has a 4MP UltraPixel camera. The whole package is powered by a 2800mAh battery and runs on HTC Sense UI based on Android Lollipop v5.1. The Desire 828 is a dual-SIM phone with support for 4G LTE.
HTC has not announced the pricing of the both the phones at the moment. The phones will be available for purchase by the end of the December and the pricing will be revealed only then.
