As promised earlier, HTC took the stage in an event held in Delhi to officially launch the HTC 10 smartphone in India. But it was not the only phone which HTC had planned to announce as it went on to launch a total of five more smartphones. These are the HTC One X9, Desire 628, Desire 630, Desire 825, and Desire 830.
The HTC 10 was definitely the highlight of the show as it is also the company’s flagship offering for the year. The HTC 10 sports a 5.2-inch Quad HD display. Under the hood, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset coupled with 4GB RAM. The phone has a 12MP UltraPixel rear shooter and a 5MP front shooter with both the cameras featuring optical image stabilization. It offers 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 2TB.
The whole package is powered by a 3000mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0. It will be shipping with HTC Sense UI based on Android Marshmallow. The HTC 10 has been priced at Rs. 52,990 and will go on sale starting June 6th via both online and offline stores.
HTC also launched the Snapdragon 625 variant of the phone which is known as the HTC 10 Lifestyle.
HTC One X9:
The HTC One X9 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM. This phone also offers 32GB of internal storage with support for expansion. It has a 13MP rear shooter and a 5MP front shooter. The phone is backed by a 3000mAh battery. The One X9 has been priced at Rs. 25,990 with sales starting June 20th.
As for the HTC Desire 628 and Desire 630, they have been priced at Rs. 13,990 and Rs. 18,990 respectively.
