Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched an upgraded variant of the already available Holly 3 smartphone in India. Both the devices are essentially the same in specs and design but the major difference is that the newer Holly 3 offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage as compared to older model’s 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. Another noteworthy change is that 3GB RAM model of the Holly 3 has been made available only via offline stores for Rs. 12,999, unlike the previous model which is currently listed on Amazon India and can be bought for Rs. 9,999.
In terms of other technical specifications, the Honor Holly 3 sports a 5.5-inch display with HD resolution. Under the hood, it has the octa-core 1.2GHz Kirin 620 chipset. The phone features a 13-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor on the back with f/2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixel front shooter with f/2.0 aperture. There various modes including the Pro Camera mode to help you click best possible shots depending upon different situations.
The whole package is powered by a 3100mAh battery and ships with EMUI 4.1 based on Android Marshmallow v6.0. Both variants of the phone support microSD cards up to 128GB with dedicated microSD card slot and are 4G VoLTE compatible.
