In the past few months, we have seen tons of leaks and rumors related to the upcoming Google smartphones named Pixel and Pixel XL. But today, we are probably having our first look at the official-looking renders for both Pixel and Pixel XL phones.

These new renders are coming from VentureBeat and you can easily notice that both Pixel and Pixel XL appear exactly same in the design and appearance. It is only the size of the phone that is making them look different. The renders also show the phones running the recently leaked Pixel Launcher but with rounded app icons which have been part of some recent leaks.

As for the rumored specs, both the smartphones will feature quad-core 2GHz processor (most likely Qualcomm Snapdragon 821) with 4GB RAM. The base model is expected to start from 32GB with 12MP/8MP cameras. There is also expected to feature a headphone jack and USB Type-C port.

The Google Pixel and Pixel XL are said to differ in the screen size and battery capacity. They are said to have 5-inch and 5.5-inch screen along with 2770mAh and 3550mAh battery respectively.

Google has already sent out press invites for an event scheduled for October 4th in San Francisco. It is the event where these phones are expected to launch.
