It is 2017 which means the year when we will get to see Moto Z successors from Motorola. The last time we heard anything reliable about the phone was the speculation that Moto Z2 was apparently shown off at the MWC event. And now, it is time for the first Moto Z2 press render leak.

This new leak is coming from SlashLeaks and has been shared by the well-known tipster @OnLeaks. It shows the Moto Z2 with a design quite similar to what we saw with last year’s Moto Z. You can see that there is the same circular camera bump along with magnetic pins for Moto Mods compatibility.

The two major changes in the Moto Z2 is the presence of the dual rear camera setup and thinner design as compared to the original Moto Z. We have already seen a number of smartphone makers including Apple going for dual rear cameras. It would not be surprising to see Motorola following the same path.

On the front panel, you can notice the pill-shaped fingerprint scanner which made its debut with the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus this year. As for the shot of the phone’s side, you can see the Lenovo branding which is something we are not really sure if it will be there once the Moto Z2 gets official.
