Instagram is undoubtedly the most widely used image sharing social network on the Internet and that was the reason Facebook acquired it for a whopping $1 billion in 2012. It is also true that the app is a lot easier for anyone to start and share his or her photos, but the one feature that has disappointed many is the restriction from the app to use only one account at a time. But it looks like things are going to change from now onwards.
Instagram has started to test the multiple accounts feature on Android. This bit of information has been posted and confirmed by many of the app’s Beta testers. According to them, the new feature is available with the latest Beta update version 7.12.0 of Instagram. The option Add Account is said to be present at the very end of the Settings interface below the Clear Search History option. As for switching between the accounts, it can be done from the Profile by tapping on the username displayed at the top left.

However, the new feature is appearing to be getting rolled out from servers side as it is not available to all the Beta testers at the moment. If you are not a Beta tester then you can be one by following the guidelines mentioned by Instagram for Android Beta Testers Google group.
We are also yet to see the feature on our Instagram account, but we will update the post as soon as we receive it. In the meanwhile, if you have received the feature, comment below.
